By accessing and purchasing from Pax Romana, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you agree that:

• You are providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
• Your order may be refused or cancelled if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled

Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
• Pax Romana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Address:
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Pax Romana is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pax Romana is not responsible for stolen packages.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any fragrance products, including opened or unopened bottles.

This policy exists for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.

Exceptions:
A replacement may be issued only if:

• The product arrives damaged, OR
• The wrong item was delivered

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A clear description of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
